Kathua, July 20: On 18/07/2021 at about 4pm, four persons namely 1. Bhanu Partap Singh R/o Madapur tehsil Hiranagar 2. Ravinder Singh R/o Dinanagar. 3.Rajat Singh R/o Pathankot 4.Sunil Singh R/o Delhi. along with 10 other persons holding deadly weapons and entered in the office of complainant namely Devi Dyal (owner of stone crusher) and they demanded money from the stone crusher. On refusal the above named persons assaulted the Stone Crusher owner .On the complaint of the Devi Dayal, case FIR No. 131/2021 U/S 323/506/504/452/147/148/149 IPC and 3/25,4/25 Arms Act has been lodged at PS Rajbagh against the alleged accused persons.
While in another instance on 18/07/2021 at about 3:30pm four persons namely 1. Bhanu Partap Singh R/o Madapur tehsil Hiranagar. 2. Ravinder Singh R/o Dinanagar. 3.Rajat Singh R/o Pathankot. 4.Sunil singh R/o delhi along with 08 other persons holding deadly weapons and restrained the way of complainant namely Shashi at NHW Chadwal and assaulted the complainant for which a case FIR No. 132/2021 U/S 341/323/506/504/147/148/149 IPC and 3/25,4/25 Arms Act has been registered at PS Rajbagh against the aforesaid persons. Lateron above named persons have been arrested by IC PPChadwal and seized one Mahindra Vehicle bearing Reg. No. JK08K-0017 and Scorpio bearing Reg. No PB35N-0553 and recovered one Base Ball, One sharp Edge Toka along with one Air Pistil (Black In Color) and further investigation into this matter is going on.
