In a statement while lambasting on Jammu Muncipal Corporation (JMC) the Youth wing of NCP under the Chairmanship of Prominent Social Activist Er.Rishi Kaul Kilam National Joint Secretary and Spokesperson NYC said that coronavirus disease which has taken the whole world in its grip taking thousands of human lives has terrified the human race.
The developed and public concerned countries have taken this disease very seriously and on war footing.
They have tried to curb this serious menace with sanitozation of roads,public places,vehicles,lanes and drains etc.
But as I’ll luck would have it our concerned JMC authorities and the administration as a routine matter are not bothered to take required steps within their jurisdiction to curb it.
The JMC and the administration are only preaching the sermons on TV channels related to this desease which is on fast track.
The JMC is never bothered to senitise the city by way of sprays as it is done in other affected countries. Er. Rishi while showing surprise and dismay said better late than never,JMC should wake up and feel their duty and responsibility espically at this critical juncture when the question of life and death has arisen.
This is not a give and take matter,human lives are at stake.So called JMC is silent and in deep sleep the reasons best known to them.
Er.Rishi along with the party activists said that this neglected act of the concerned authorities is shameful and a matter of concern on the part of corporators also who have taken the public mandate.
Rishi added that the activists of NCP have earlier appealed the JMC higher ups to have a visit of the city areas so that they could assess the ground reality and apply their minds if they have any humanity left with them.
Er.Rishi said that all the areas and wards of the Jammu city are sailing in the same boat and are suffering due to neglegence of the concerned authorities.

On this Spot the vendors sell vegetables which becomes fully disease prone and reaches to homes of buyers.
He appealed the JMC concerned authorities to do justice with Jammu city. Rishi Kilam appealed Lt.governor to set the JMC in order so that the public grievances are redressed.
