ELFA International in collaboration with Govt Polytechnic College for Women, Bemina, Srinagar organised a day Training workshop on Effective communication, Negotiations and Conflict Resolution. Ms Shafqat Ara, the Principal Govt. Polytechnic College incarcerated the event. In her inaugural speech, she stresses the importance of the aforesaid components of the event, particularly in context of women. She also applauded ELFA International for organising such events, the impact of which she said, is far reaching.The event was attended by the faculty members of the College, who expressing their reactions praised the program and advocated for having similar events again.
Speaking on the event, Mr. Mehran Khan, CEO, Elfa International and a seasoned expert on Communication, Conflict Resolution and Management and leadership spoke about principles of communication and the invincible role it plays in our lives. He spoke of standard communication skills and demonstrated by practical examples thereof Speaking of leadership, Mr Mehran emphasised the necessity to cultivate leadership qualities including problem solving,
  Syed Areej, project Coordinator at ELFA International, demonstrated the importance of effective communication in her characteristic Ladishah genre. The performance created enthrallment among the audience, at the same time awakening them to the scathing reality of dying”Art of communication”.
