Three terrorists killed by security forces in Rambagh encounter

An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. In which three terrorists have been successful in killing them. It is being told that the bodies of the slain terrorists have been recovered, out of which one terrorist has been identified as TRF (Resistance Front) Commander Mehran. Mehran was involved in the killing of two teachers and civilians. The killing of Mehran and his involvement in the attacks has also been confirmed by Vijay Kumar, IG, Kashmir Zone.Rambagh area of Srinagar shook after a flurry of bullets on Wednesday afternoon. The terrorists fired indiscriminately targeting the team of security forces deployed in the area. As soon as the soldiers took the front, they started the work of taking the local people to a safe place.As the area was congested, the soldiers retaliated by exercising restraint. In which three terrorists were killed. This operation was carried out by a joint team of Police, Army and CRPF. Security has been increased in the area.
On the other hand, the Kashmir Police on Tuesday arrested three accused in the Bohrikadal terror attack case.
The trio had killed salesman Ibrahim Ahmed on 9 November on the instructions of their masters sitting in Pakistan. In connection with this terrorist incident, a case was registered in the police station Maharajganj under relevant sections. A special investigation team was
formed to probe the terror crime. During the investigation, the authorities came to know about the three accused. They were identified as Ejaz Ahmed Lone, Naseer Ahmed Shah and Shaukat Ahmed Dar. who were immediately arrested. During interrogation, all three admitted to being involved in the said crime.
