The abrupt announcement of Nation wide lockdown of whole india by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has alarmed the people of india to take the cornonvirus very Seriously if people want to save their precious lives.
Prominent social Activist Er.Rishi Kaul Kilam National Joint Secretary and Spokesperson NYC said that it seemed that the people espically the poor in general after this announcement got confused,restless and nervous as they had no stock or money with them because the curfew is for longer period.
Er.Rishi added that the announcement of lockdown though in the interest of nation came like shock waves for the poor as mostly they are the daily wagers.
However Er.Rishi said that their is always time for compromise later people compromised with the situation.
Er.Rishi requested the administration to keep strict vigil on the black marketers who are responsible to put the poor to the walls and distress.
Er.Rishi feeling the pain of the youths and students who have taken Educational loans from the nationalized banks are in distress and helpless at the movement because under the prevailing circumtances they are not in a position to repay their instalments.
Those students who have gone for OTS scheme with the banks would like to deffer the repayment of this loan for some time till the situation improves and the banks May kindly be asked not to impose pressure on the borrower’s of education loan.The agreement of one time loan settlement should stand till situation improves.
Meanwhile Er.Rishi appealed the administration to look into the immediate problems of Kashmiri Pandit Migrants and the BPL category as under these circumtances they are the most deserving people.The cash relief should immediately be released to KP migrant as they are mostly dependent on it.
The ration May be released till the New ration book is issued.
