Secret meeting in Dachigam: Omar Abdullah arrives off-site amid Opposition’s claims, reviews government with MLAs

Srinagar, June 3:
Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday held an off-site meeting with his party MLAs and supporting Independents at the Dachigam National Park.
The meeting took place after Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma claimed that the NC government could fall anytime. Some MLAs might switch sides.

Sharing pictures on social media platforms. The Chief Minister said that all the MLAs left for the meeting venue by bus. He said the meeting was held to review the performance of the last 19 months, including “good, less good and everything in between”.
According to sources, the meeting was initially scheduled at the chief minister’s residence. But later the MLAs were taken to Dachigam National Park in minibuses to get away from the media eye.
