Satish Sharma supported one nation-one election, said- it is important to save the country’s money

Jammu, December 18:
Amidst the debate on one nation-one election in the country, Jammu and Kashmir’s Sports Minister Satish said that if the country’s money is saved then there is nothing wrong in it. The Jammu and Kashmir minister said this in New Delhi. He said that if my personal opinion is asked then there is nothing wrong in one nation-one election. This was the system after the country got independence.
I will take the opinion of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah about the party’s stand on this. Sharma said that if the country’s money is saved, then our tax money will also be saved. This is what used to happen when we became independent. We need to save taxpayers’ money. The One Nation-One Election Bill was formally introduced in the Lok Sabha. After this, the members voted on it. The bill proposes to hold one nation one election or simultaneous elections for the Lok Sabha and state assemblies.
