Intensifying its door to door public awareness / awakening program, on 21-8-2022, the AAP Sr. Leaders S/Sh. Farooq Ahmed Banday, Kuldeep Kumar Rao, Amit Langer, Sukhdev Kr. Sangral , S. Ranjodh Singh & Harsh , interacted with all sections of society, including Senior citizens, house wives, Educated youths, shopkeepers & college going students in the area of Roop Nagar Enclave,in Ward No.64 of Jammu North Assembly Constituency , about the Delhi Model of governance which has become talk of the town across the country.
In a statement issued to mercury times, the Sr. AAP leaders said that the AAP has taken its birth to the service of common man, the workers, laborers, farmers & exploited class of the society. They congratulated Delhi & Punjab people for their wisdom & foresightedness who voted Kejriwal to serve the people, who has, because his visionary pro- people politics & programs, revolutionized & galvanized the Delhi UT & given a new concept of governance in politics-i,e; “governance to serve & not to rule”, they said & added that Delhi type of governance is a death blow to communalism & hate policy of certain Political Parties & they claimed and said that same facilities can be introduced in J&K too if voted to power, they assured.
The AAP leaders demanded that the alleged multi crore J&K Bank branch Link Road Jammu scam by the top BJP leaders of Jammu & Kashmir should be handed over to ED/CBI for investigation, so that real faces of the beneficiaries of the scam is made public & comes to fore.
While questioning why these agencies are silent, so far, in the serious matter and are they meant to investigate allegations against non BJP Political leaders or anti government people ? The AAP leaders strongly ridiculing the statement that “NA KHAON GA, NA KHANE DOONGA” the AAP leaders alleged that if raid on Manish Sisodia is got conducted by CBI at his home for his exemplary work done in the field of Education as acclaimed by New York Times, USA, marking worst kind of revengeful act, then why no raids in the kick backs offered to the then L.G Mr. Satya Paul Malik to the extent of Rs 3 crores for clearing two files as made public by him through press; why no CBI inquiry in a flimsy Bank fraud to the extent of Rs 31 crores in J&K Bank branch Link Road in advancing loan against a firm “ Himgiri Pvt Ltd” for construction of 3 Mega watt Mini Hydel project in District Chamba, Himachal Pardash which was subsequently waived off and converted to NPA “non profiting Asset” and why no CBI raid in case seizure of contraband worth more than Rs 30,000 crores at Adani Air Port Gujrat, they questioned and lamented that raid on Manish Sisodia is political revenge to silence opposition voices in Gujrat where BJP is on back foot they asserted.
The AAP Sr. Leaders further said that the empty tall sloganeering, false promises, deceptive & emotive castles; bullet train, smart cities, every family to have a home by 2022, adoption of a village by each law maker a year, end of political criminalization, sale of ancestral assets to friendly Industrialists, GST on kitchen items , bone breaking price rise & committee on MSP & doubling the income of farmers by 2022 is a National JUMLA known to the country men etc etc will surely cast its shadow on the worst performance of ruling dispensation; alas ! Countrymen wakeup and gird up their loins to throw them out in national interest on Delhi/Punjab pattern in times to come, they asserted.
