Today, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh volunteers of Samba District working day and night for the humanity. They are arranging the needed ration (dry food as well as wet food)supply for the people who are not able to earn their daily life meals. Not only the food supply, they are also participating for the mankind by distributing free Masks, Soaps, Detergents, medicines and sanitising the areas. There are total 9 different units of RSS volunteers working in the entire district and 215 volunteers working around the clock. Till today They distributed 3506 ration kits to the needed ones and.
Around 18000 packets of food approx food to 3000 persons per day at different parts of samba district were distributed. RSS volunteers are also awaring people about wearing mask and distributed about 6305 masks. As per the data collected, 1445 houses have been sanitised & 3850 families have been helped. Not only the locals but people from different parts of our country were also served by RSS volunteers. While interacting to a volunteer, he told that they are working on the concept of “Nar Sewa – Narayan Sewa” and”sarv dharm sambhaav” added that not only the civilians, the security personals who are deputed for us are also served routine basis by tea and refreshment right from the day one of the lockdown.
In an extraordinary examplary effort RSS volunteers took down 46 persons of banjara nomadic tribe of bhilwara district of rajasthan including minor children & women (who travelled from kashmir by foot and wanted to return to their native place )but on timely intercepted by few volunteers on dated 23/3/2020 at 10:30 pm in night they took them into safe shelter with help of local administration and regularly arranging meals , medicines ,milk etc. for all of them.
