With heavy heart and sorrowful affairs National Joint Secretary and Spokesperson NCP Youth Wing Er.Rishi Kilam expressing the pitiable and pathetic living condition of majority of Kashmiri migrants living in Jagti township or elsewhere are deprived of releasing cash relief and ration till date.
It is surprising that the relief Comissioner being from the same community have no genuine sympathy for them as he could feel the pittable conditions of migrants and it is ironic that they have been left in distress by ignoring them completely during these hard days.
Under these circumtances we appeal the administration to remove the relief Comissioner from this position and post as he has completely failed in full filling his duty and obligations.
We request the administration to assess the ground reality of migrants at jagti and elsewhere who are virtually at the edge of starvation and have gone without food during lockdown.
There are majority of KP migrants who have absolutely no money or other source of income except the insufficent financial aid from the government.
But they have no sufficent funds and sympathy for their health care or treatment.
Er.Rishi added that the complete silence and helplessness of the KP migrants should not be taken for granted.
Er.Rishi for the time being requested the Lt. Governor Murmu and his concerned advisors to look into the economic and genuine issues of Kashmiri pandit migrants and not to ignore them at this most critical juncture and they may be provided with financial package at the moment.
NCP Youth Wing appeals the Lt.Governor and his administration to look into the matter personally on humantarian grounds so that people may not feel that the assurances of Prime Minister Modi are in theory only.
