Jammu, August 28:
The operation of important trains passing through Jammu remained affected for the second day on Wednesday. According to the railway administration, some trains ran on time, while a dozen had to be cancelled.
Passengers were informed at the station. Alternative arrangements were suggested. Passengers faced problems at Jammu railway station.
The road route is already affected. Passengers had to face many problems as the rail route remained affected for the second day as well.
Railways has urged passengers to check train status from NTES (National Train Inquiry System) or helpline before travelling. Currently, thousands of passengers travelling to other states are stranded at the railway station.
