While party workers are celebrating after the BJP got a lead and majority in the West Bengal elections.
The rhetoric in the politics of Jammu and Kashmir has intensified. The BJP has launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah over a tweet.
BJP state president Sat Sharma, while reacting to Omar Abdullah’s tweet, questioned his language.
He said that a chief minister should take care of decorum while speaking his mind. Sat Sharma specifically objected to words like ‘bloody hell’ allegedly used, calling it inappropriate and saying that it shows desperation.
He said that the BJP never used such language despite defeat and all leaders should exercise restraint. Referring to the election results of West Bengal, Sarma said that it reflects the verdict of the people.
Along
with this, he also targeted the INDIA alliance and the Congress and claimed that the opposition is in a weak position in many states. He also said that the election results are decided by the decision of the people and not only by political claims. This rhetoric has come to the fore at a time when the accusations and counter-accusations between political parties have intensified after the election results of various states.
