Pulwama, December 13:
Police on tuesday claimed to have arrested militant helper of Al-Badr militant oufit in South Kashmir Pulwama district.
Police spokesman said that Police in Pulwama along with Army 55RR and CRPF 182/183 BN at a joint checkpoint established at Bandzoo Crossing arrested one active militant helper linked with proscribed militant outfit Al-Badr and recovered incriminating materials, arms ammunition including a Pistol from his possession. The police spokesman identified him as Yawar Bashir Dar son of Bashir Ahmad Dar resident of Arigam Pulwama.
In this regard, a Case vide FIR No. 358/2022 under relevant sections of law stands registered in Police Station Pulwama and further investigation is in progress.
