BJP led Government at the Centre is specially committed to development of the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory as it has suffered a lot due to onslaught of terrorism for the past over three decades. He said that the people of this Union territory are themselves witnessing a mega transformation on ground in terms of unprecedented development in J&K.
This was stated by Yudhvir Sethi, Vice President Jammu and Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) while chairing a series of meeting at every nook and corner of East Constituency in connection with PM Modi’s upcoming visiting at Village Palli in district Samba on April 24. Kuldeep Kandhari, Prabhari Jammu East and General Secretary and Parveen Kerni, Mandal President BJP East accompanied the J&K BJP Vice President.
In a statement issued to mercury times, the senior BJP leader said that Prime Minister Modi led Govt at the Centre is fully committed to the welfare of the people of the nation especially the common people. He said that the incumbent BJP Government has the distinction of having brought multiple schemes to ensure social security of one and all across the nation meticulously tailored to benefit every section and people/ individuals can avail the benefits under any scheme which they feel is best suited to them.
Sethi reiterated that the BJP Government is specially committed to development of every nook and corner of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the people of this Union territory are themselves witnessing a mega transformation on ground in terms of unprecedented development. He said that BJP has changed the development scenario of Jammu and Kashmir and asked the people to support BJP for overall development of the area.
Throwing lights on the achievements of BJP in J&K, Sethi said that establishment of AIIMS, ring roads, IIT, IIM, bridges, hydroelectric projects, expansion of Jammu Airport and many more. He said that the sort of development J&K has witnessed in these five years, had never witnessed before. He appealed to the people of East Constituency to attend the rally of PM Modi in large number and make it a big success for the overall development of Jammu and Kashmir.
