Udhampur, February 16:
Seva Akhil Bhartiya Ex-Servicemen Service Council members and Panchayat representatives of Forest Department Sanjibani Public Welfare with the help of common public planted over 15000 saplings in District Udhampur block Panchari Panchayat Upper Meer.
Ex Havildar Khajur Singh Naib Sarpanch Meer has said that in this year 2023, over 2000 saplings will be prepared and planted at different places and all India East along with Panchayat to serve selflessly.
The efforts for planting saplings continuously, he added.
Members of Sainik Seva Parishad and Sanjeevani Jan Kalyan will play a big role and for the last several years, the members of All India Ex-Servicemen Service Council removed water pollution at many places in Tehsil Panchari and eliminated the pollution spreading at the ground level. Deodar saplings planted inside the tea guard at Baba Sankar so that animals do not harm the plants. District President Dr. Rakesh Kumar J&K Retd Sheep Husbandry and District Vice President Mr. Matma Singh Cheer, Prabhat Singh Senior Advisor Master Sandur Singh, Founder Mr. Sandok Singh, Jagdev Singh and Jahan’s District Councilor Mr. Jashveer Singh all together are taking this area on the path of progress day by day. Pancheri State Bank Manager Rajinder Sharma said that this year we will also cooperate fully and more and more plantation will be done.
