On the night of New Year, BSF fired on suspicious movement from Pakistan, search operation continues

Jammu, January 1:

Alert BSF soldiers in RS Pura sector opened fire at night after noticing suspicious activity from Pakistan. The BSF sentry fired about a dozen bullets.

After receiving the information, the BSF immediately launched a search operation in the area. No injuries or border violations have been confirmed during the firing. Security forces are continuing operations in forward areas to detect suspicious activities.
