National Joint Secretary and Spokesperson Youth wing of NCP Er.Rishi Kaul Kilam along with his party youth activists has appreciated the statement of chief Secretary BVR Subrahmanyam during his meeting with a group of visiting Journalist at Srinagar.
Er.Rishi while welcoming the JK Chief Secretary for making the true picture of JKUT public.
He has rightly said that J&K was a broken state and no system prevailed.
Due to misgovernance,Corruption and frauds everywhere by the mainstream parties positive initiative have not been rolled out fully.
Er.Rishi added that there is no doubt that the system had collapsed.
The youth wing of NCP thanked the chief Secretary for pointing out the frauds committed by the CMD JK bank and made the deserving youth to suffer due to fraudulent appointments etc.
Er.Rishi said that NCP Youth wing of JKUT always raised the issues of corruption,and misgovernance but no Justice was expected because the collapsed system and things were designed for corruption.
The youth wing of NCP appreciated and thanked the chief Secretary for showing sincere concern with the sad affairs of JKUT and have lot of expectations from him henceforth.
