Shri Vijay Anand, Intelligence Officer of the Narcotics Control Bureau, Jammu, addressed a gathering of 500 Boys & Girls Cadets of the National Cadets Corps undergoing their Annual Training Camp J1 at the NCC Training Academy Nagrota. The event was organized by the 5 J&K Battalion, Jammu Group, NCC Directorate JK&L.
