Jammu, February 24:
NC Leader & Former MLC Mohd Rafiq Shah along with supporters joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Mohd Ayub Pahalwan (Kotranka, Budhal) alongwith supporters also joined the BJP on the occasion.
Ravinder Raina, President, J&K BJP, and Jugal Kishore Sharma, MP (Lok Sabha), accompanied by DDC Iqbal Malik, BJP joining committee member Neha Mahajan and Co-convenor Pahari Cell Dr. Mir Khursheed welcomed the new entrants into the party fold.
In a statement issued to mercury times, Ravinder Raina, while welcoming the new entrants, said that the Bharatiya Janata Party has deep-rooted sentiments of democratic ethos and patriotic zeal. He said that the BJP cadre is always on the ground, on the forefront of helping needy persons and to achieve the mission to empower every person, the Modi government has taken effective steps to ensure that every development plan is all-inclusive to include every section.
