National conference youth leader Mohabbat ch is going to put light on issue of ST students scholarship.ST have reservation in all the field because they lack from other communities in many ways;education, health, jobs, and financial state etc. Most of the ST students belong to the families which hardy manage the two times food.Educational expenditure of ST student mostly relay on scholarship. During lockdown financial conditions of students have become more critical. As online class demand smart phone, better internet connection and MCQs based exam demand deep study for which high price books are required. Almost seven months before ST students have submitted their Scholarship form but unfortunately still ministry of tribal affairs have not released the ST scholarship.Students belong to general and minority groups have gotten their scholarship even though they submit their scholarship form after ST students. This careless attitude of ministry of tribal affairs is very harmful for ST students. ST students have severe need of scholarship to manage their study in this critical time when their is no source of income of most of the families. I request to higher authority to give us scholarship as soon as possible. In this difficult time only scholarship is only hope of ST students. They also said that in this time world is facing pandemic STs community students is faces problem they have no smart phone to attend online classes so request to J&K govt &Trabilaffairs please provide scholarship to STs students.
