Jammu, December 6:
Shri Kailakh Jyotish evam Vedic Sansthan Trust President Mahant Rohit Shastri (Jyotishacharya) met Divisional Commissioner Jammu Ramesh Kumar (IAS) at Jammu and discussed issues pertaining to promotion, propagation and preservation of Sanskrit language in J&K, besides the welfare of Sanskrit students and scholars. On occasion trust President Mahant Rohit shastri said said that Sanskrit carries with it the concept of Akhand Bharat and the thread ensuring the unity in diversity that underpins the unique Indian civilization and culture and said that his trust is committed to preservation and promotion of the glorious legacy of Ancient Indian wisdom and knowledge system as enshrined in the Sanskrit Language and literature.
In a statement issued to mercury times, Divisional Commissioner Jammu Ramesh Kumar appreciated the work being done by the Shri Kailakh Jyotish avim Vedic Sanathan trust. On occasion shastri presented annual Patrika kartavya Marg.
On occasion trust trustee Jagdev Singh Chib were also present.
