Jammu, October 14:

Kejriwal said, your vote has given victory to our candidate and the people of Doda have sown the seeds of a new politics. This is a historic achievement. Referring to the struggle of Maharaj Malik, he said that it took him 12 years to become an MLA, while it took him 14 years to become the Chief Minister of Delhi.

Describing the struggle of politics as a long one, he said, “It is a tough journey. People voted for our candidate not in the name of religion but on development issues. They voted for good schools, employment, and health services.” Kejriwal said that there are neither good government schools nor hospitals in Doda. He also alleged that what have the previous governments done, if they could not provide these essential facilities then where has the crores of rupees been spent. He stressed that Aam Aadmi Party is not just a political organization but a thought. Common people want employment, zero electricity bill, good doctors and schools for their children.
