Kathua, June 29:
A police team that went to demolish a structure on government land was attacked in Kathua. On Saturday morning, a team of police and administration went to Kalyanpur Padri, adjacent to Tehsil Nagari in Kathua district, to demolish illegal construction on government land. During this, people of a particular community attacked the police. Due to this, half a dozen policemen including DySP Headquarters were injured. Some other people have also been injured.
As per reports, the police also fired in the air to control the situation. After this, the injured people were taken to the district hospital for treatment, where they are undergoing treatment.
