The story of the spirit of the brave soldiers who achieved this victory fills one with enthusiasm and also fills the eyes with tears. One such brave son of Mother India was Udayman Singh, who attained martyrdom during the Kargil war on 5th July.
The brave son of Jammu, Udayman Singh fought the enemies till his last breath at an altitude of 12 thousand feet in the Kargil war. The fight on Tiger Hill was direct with the enemy. He fought bravely and made the enemy bite the dust. Meanwhile, he was hit by a bullet. After getting injured, Udayman kept on fighting the enemies and finally attained martyrdom.
