Today, the Vice President of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress (JKPYC) baramulla , Shabnum Khan, accompanied by General Secretary Asmat Khan, embarked on a significant visit to Noorbagh, Baramulla. Their purpose To engage directly with the Scheduled Caste community, listen to their genuine concerns, and address their pressing needs.
During their visit, Shabnum Khan and Asmat Khan held discussions with the residents of Noorbagh, attentively listening to their grievances. From infrastructure deficiencies to socio-economic challenges, every concern was acknowledged with earnest attention.
