Jammu, September 17:
Congress has released the list of observers for the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. Party national president Mallikarjun Kharge has appointed Charanjit Singh Channi and Mukesh Agnihotri as senior AICC observers for the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
