Lambasting on the sinful act by the JKUT administration by beating the innocent border aspirants who were demanding Written examination.
While showing anguish and pain Er. Rishi Kilam said that the brutal behavior of administration will have unproductive results for the administration.
In a statement issued to mercury times, Er. Rishi Kaul Kilam National Joint Secretary and Spokesperson Youth wing of NCP while supporting the genuine cause of the aspirants said that it is surprising and ironic that now the JKUT concerned administration believes in snatching the right to freedom of expression and speech from us.
Er. Rishi said that the youth aspirants were on very peaceful protest and demanding Written Exams for which theyhave completed the formalities.
Rishi Kilam appealed Lt. Governor and his advisors to look into the matter in the interest of Justice and not allow the unnecessary high headedness of the officials and police.
Er.Rishi Kilam National Joint Secretary Youth NCP requested the administration to release the aspirants who were taken in custody with no fault of theirs with immediate effect and not to ban the right of freedom of speech and expression in our JKUT especially when it is within reasonable limits.
Er. Rishi appealed the Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha that his near and dear ones are putting hurdles in smooth functioning of the government and are bringing bad name to the dignity of Lt. Governor.
