Jammu, August 2:
The Ladakh Police has registered a Zero FIR in connection with the alleged posting of an objectionable Facebook video about Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
According to officials, the police have started the investigation process after receiving a complaint.
Explain that a zero FIR can be registered in any police station. Even if the area of the incident does not fall under the jurisdiction of that police station. It is later sent to the concerned police station for investigation.
In this case, there is a provision of two to three years imprisonment and fine or both.
The police have registered a case against internet media influencer Yogesh Parmar under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that in the video shared on Facebook, objectionable, provocative and disturbing mutual harmony has been made against the Home Minister.
The Ladakh Police has transferred the case to the concerned police station for further investigation after registering a zero FIR.
