Amidst the rising temperature in J&K, electricity consumption has again started increasing the problems of the administration.
According to JPDCL, cases of electricity theft have started coming to light in those outskirts of the city.
In such a situation, enforcement teams formed at divisions and sub-divisions in J&K have again started investigation campaigns.
During this period, many cases of electricity theft by putting hooks have also come to light. Due to this, the departmental officers have issued clear instructions that in case of electricity theft. They will impose the penalty along with an FIR registration. Last year too, FIRs were registered against many people in both the divisions.
