Jammu, October 21:
Today a First Aid awareness camp was organised at Govt Higher Secondary School, Domana under the chairmanship of Mr Mohinder Sharma, Principal to acquaint the students about the need and importance to know how the first aid is provided to the needy person.
Madam Mamta Rajput, Executive Secretary, District Red Cross Society was the chief guest on the occasion. In her address to students and staff, she reiterated how important is to use first aid in case of emergency situation, accident victim, heart attack patient. Chance of survival of any human being increases if he/she is being provided first aid immediately. Students express their keenness in learning this technique.
Team for first aid training was comprised of Dr Aaditya Shah, Dr Vasundhra Parihar, Ms Surbhi Negi, Mr Ajit and Mr Ajay.
Regional Ayurveda Research Institute, Jammu also provided helping hands to the team and staff.
Principal, Mr Mohinder Sharma thanks Madam Mamta Rajput for providing first aid training to students in association with young doctors team who have imparted training with utmost interest and replied to every query of the students. Mr Mohinder Sharma also praised his staff for making this camp a great success
