Estate casual Employees protested again for their demands NCP extended support

Jammu, August 1:
Nationalist Congress Party(NCP) youth National Joint Secretary and Spokesperson Er.Rishi Kilam in dismay while ethically supporting the genuine cause and demands of casual employees of Estates department said that it is under most unfortunate circumstances that everyday we have to come on streets on moral grounds in Support of the sufferings of the youth and employees who are deprived of their genuine rights and demands by the JKUT administration and the Ex MLA’s .
In a statement issued to mercury times, Er.Rishi Kilam under shocking conditions and in pain in support of the estates casual employees said that perhaps the administration and callous attitude towards the deserving ones is bringing joy and pleasure for the government .
They never want to be people friendly, they are only people friendly during Election times.
It is shame on their part.
Er. Rishi added that while giving the details of the issue the casual employees of the estate department who have representing the casual employees union of the estates department said that the JKUT government has made us to suffer for no reasons as they were employed as casual labourers/skilled and unskilled class 4th vide cabinet decision on 4-4-2003 with the funds provided by the finance department with effect from 1991 till date.
Later on 5th Feb 2018 a circular was issued on 22-02-2017 for their regularisation and list of casual workers was prepared by the estates department and sanction was accorded by the government and the order came into force .
But it is most surprising and ironic that the JKUT administration kept the order hanging and no positive action is being taken at the cost of our future and lives.
They appeal the Lt. Governor to look into the matter in the interest of Justice and on Humanitarian grounds issue directions for their confirmation within the ambit of SRO 520 and allow them to live in peace.
