Ramban, July 19:
District Magistrate Ramban, in exercise of powers vested upon him under Section 144 Cr. P.C has banned the import/export/transportation of bovine animals in the district except with written permission of District Magistrate or the officer authorized by the District Magistrate.
In a statement issued to mercury times, the order shall come in force w.e.f 16th of July and shall apply within the territorial limits of District Ramban for a period of two months.
