“It is a long battle and we have to fight it together,” Gupta said, adding: “Finding solutions is the only way forward.” Gupta said the services rendered by medical fraternity, Police, Civil administration and sanitary workers are indeed inspiration and motivation to people to serve the needy in the world’s biggest crisis. , Gupta said, due to the ongoing lockdown, in the wake of the covid-19 pandemic, has affected the lives of some of the most vulnerable communities across the country, such as migrant labourers, waste pickers, single mothers, artisans and Taxi operators. It is to cushion the impact of the crisis on these sections, and to ensure their access to essentials, that BJP National President is sending out appeals for funds. To help you aid these initiatives and connect you with efforts on the ground, the BJP State team has put together a list of its state team from State body to booth level workers which are working towards this cause. The project has also been vetted on the basis of whether the volunteers involved practice the necessary government, health and safety guidelines while disseminating the material.
Referring to the new corona positive cases in Jammu Gupta said we shall surely win this cold war with the known, invisible and dangerous enemy i.e. corona virus. Gupta added since every Citizen is aware about the way COVID-19 is spreading; everyone should limit close contact with individuals outside your household in indoor and outdoor spaces. Since people can spread the virus before they know they are sick, it is important to stay away from others when possible, even if you have no symptoms. Social distancing is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick. In addition to everyday steps to prevent COVID-19, keeping space between you and others is one of the best tools we have to avoid being exposed to this virus and slowing its spread locally and across the country and world.
