Srinagar, April 15:
Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday said his government will not allow jungle raj to continue in the state under any circumstances.
Any attempt to disturb peace will be thwarted sternly. The CM was speaking on the case of the death of a young man in Ramban.
Speaking at the Jashn-e-Amad-e-Bahar programme held at Fruit Mandi in Bijbehara, Anantnag, the CM said, “The government is fully committed to ushering in a new era of stability, peace and development in Jammu and Kashmir.”
Some elements are trying to create unrest by spoiling the atmosphere. But such attempts will not be tolerated at any cost.
He appealed to L-G Manoj Sinha to ensure strict action against those involved in the Rabman case.
Those trying to destabilise the situation.
