Srinagar, November 18:
CM Omar Abdullah visited the Ujala Cygnus Hospital and met with the Nowgam blast injured. He expressed condolences, saying it was unfortunate that so many people were affected by the incident.
Omar said an investigation has been launched and the cause of the explosion will be determined soon. It will be examined under what circumstances such a large quantity of explosives was brought, stored, and what was being done with it.
He expressed his condolences to the injured and the families of the deceased. He noted that the government has provided compensation to those affected.
Omar praised the team at Ujala Cygnus Hospital, saying that the hospital was the first to arrive at the scene and immediately began relief work. They used their resources and medical teams to treat the injured, providing significant relief to those affected.
