Apni Party released the first list of eight candidates

Srinagar, August 21:

On Wednesday, his party released the first list of candidates for the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections. In which the names of eight candidates have been announced.

According to a party spokesperson, the names included in the list were recommended by party’s Parliamentary Affairs Committee chairman Mohammad Dilawar Mir, which were given final approval by party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari.

Party general secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir will contest from Pahalgam constituency. Among other candidates fielded by the party, Hilal Ahmad Shah will try his luck from Anantnag. Tariq Shah Veeri from Bijbehara and Abdul Majeed Padder from DH Pora have been fielded. Riyaz Ahmad Bhat will contest from Devsar, Gauhar Hassan Wani from Zainapora, Mir Altaf from Pampore and Owais Khan from Shopian.
