Jammu, June 13:
The Jammu and Kashmir Road Transport Corporation will provide bus service for Shiv devotees during the Shri Amarnath Yatra starting from July 3.
During the yatra period, about 200 buses of the Corporation will be run on Jammu, Bhagwati Nagar, Pahalgam and Baltal routes.
The pilgrims can get safe and smooth travel facilities. This time passengers will have to face an 18 percent increase in bus fares.
According to JKRTC officials, modern buses are being arranged for the convenience of passengers.
Special preparations are also being made by the administration for security and passenger facilities on the travel routes. However, this time Shiva devotees will have to pay 18 percent more fare for Amarnath Yatra. The Corporation’s M.D Rashid Ahmad War has confirmed this.
