Srinagar, April 17:
Last year, on April 22, 2025, the terrorist attack in Bysaran, Pahalgam shook the entire nation, in which 26 innocent people and tourists lost their lives.
Following the incident, several tourist places in Jammu and Kashmir had to be temporarily closed and there was a drastic decline in tourist movement.
Almost a year later, the situation has changed a lot and Pahalgam. The famous tourist destination of Anantnag district, has once again buzzed with tourists.
Known as ‘Mini Switzerland’, this area now seems to be returning its glory again.
Tourists say that the security system here is stronger than before and they are not facing any kind of problem.
Tourists from different parts of the country said they felt safe with the presence of the army and police.
