Udhampur, August 30:
Today 02 days course on Ethics and Soft Skills commenced at S.K. Police Academy in which 15 officers of J&K Police are participating. In his inaugural address Sh. Mohan Lal, SSP, Deputy Director welcomed the participants on behalf of Director Academy and spoke that all jobs require professional attitude, skills and character traits for problem solving, critical thinking, motivation, effective communication, team work and leadership. The course is aimed at capacity building, whereas Sh. Suraj Singh in his keynote address discussed agenda of the training programme together with the speakers from the faculty as well as guest faculty.
The session was attended by Sh. Sunmati Gupta, AD (Q) and staff. The course is being coordinated by Sh. Ajay Singh Chib and Ms. Zarina members of faculty.
